Working drawings and associated documentation are required for the council to review, the builders to price from and the wining contractor to build from. During the preparation of the working drawings we may be required to engage an engineer for some structural elements. The drawings and documentation will typically include: A Site Plan, Existing and Proposed Floor Plans, Foundation Plans, Floor Framing Plans, Roof Framing Plans, Cross Sections, Long Sections, Elevations, Services Plan (including bracing, lintels, sewer, stormwater), Window and Door Schedules , Construction Details, Construction Specifications, Weathertight Risk Matrix,  H1 Compliance Calculations,  Structural Drawings and Calculations from the Engineer. We present and review the working drawings with you prior to submitting them to the council.
