The clients of this 1920’s home, located in Karori, wanted a new open plan kitchen, living and dining space as well as an additional bedroom. Stairs leading down to the back garden and exterior dining space lead to a great extension of the living area. The new addition kept in character with the existing building whilst also creating a modern feel to the building. High and long windows provide more natural light into the living spaces, capturing light into the spaces where it is most needed.
