Wellington Designers

Once we have your brief we start the design stage. Depending on the size of you project this stage may be split into a preliminary design and a developed design. If we decide to start with a preliminary design, this will include a more in depth analysis of the site and/or property, checking council requirements and blending your brief with the design. We will produce a  proposed plan with preliminary elevations or  3d computer  sketch. Your feedback on the preliminary design will be used to produce the developed design.

The developed design will include any changes that you suggested from the preliminary design, more defined rooms, materials and any structural considerations that may affect the design or cost of construction. More developed drawings will be produced including plans, elevations, and 3d computer models. These drawings  will be enhanced further with your input until the design is finalised.
